Outline Timings for RDF19 Announced

The NHS R&D Forum Conference Organising Group (chaired by Dr Maria Palmer) and the Programme Content Committee (chaired by Dr Nicola Williams) are delighted to announce the outline timings for RDF19.
Sunday 12th May 2019:
18:00 – Sunday Evening Professional Development Workshop & Networking Buffet
There will be a 2 hour Workshop entitled “Applied Positive Psychology – finding happiness in the workplace.” This Interactive Workshop will be delivered by Academi Wales and include a blend of theory, research, learning and some fun tools. This Workshop will be in two halves with a short break in the middle. Following the Workshop will be a Buffet and the chance to Network with other delegates.
This Workshop Session and Buffet as well as Sunday Night B&B are included in the price of the Full Conference Package.
Monday 13th May 2019: Day 1
10:15 – Main Conference Start and First Plenary Session
For the first time in Annual NHS R&D Forum history the Conference will be 2 full days. The Conference will start at 10.15am with a Welcome Address and Plenary Session. The Conference sessions (mix of Plenary and Breakout) will run until 18:00.
17:00 Demonstration Hour
New for 2019 is the Demonstration Hour which will run from 17:00-18:00. The Demonstration Hour will see organisations (IT/Software/Systems) taking a Breakout Room to provide a comprehensive demonstration of their systems including Q&As.
19:30 – Gala Dinner & Awards
Tuesday 14th May 2019: Day 2
09:15-15:30 – Conference Sessions
Day 2 will see a mixture of Plenary and Breakout Sessions running from 09:15 through to the close at 15:30.
